Do not take score of your progress too soon. 

FATAL error!

Progress is not linear

When you get too close to it and judge it too soon you highly likely will not meet your expectations, feel sad and demotivated (“Wah! This isn’t working! And I am Doing All The Right Things! Wah!”)

And you think something is wrong. It’s not working.

What’s not working is YOU ARE TAKING SCORE TOO SOON

COMMIT TO 100 DAYS

One hundred days of ANYTHING consistently will show you RESULTS

1. Give yourself and your body a chance. Show it some patience

2. And Do The Right Things ANYWAY

3. For 100 days (or a year) (I just lost 10% of my body weight in 100 days – you can read about that here)

4. Take a BIG PICTURE VIEW

Don’t judge things “One Day at a Time”.

It’s a classic TRAP to fall into that will suck your motivation.

FAR better to COMMIT TO 100 DAYS, and recommit to that zoomed out Big Picture.

You will amaze yourself with what you can achieve with 100 days of zoomed out focus in a row.

What can seem pointless zoomed IN, can be the BEST THING you’ve ever done when you ZOOM OUT.
