Might be running 🏃♀️
Might be one of those meditation colouring books (so not just for kids!) 🎨 (that’s why I include a new design each month in the Coaching Academy!).
For me, nothing breaks the chatter in my head like smacking the boxing bag. Real hard! 🥊 Everything else just melts away.
Whatever your thing is, engage in it with enthusiasm and consistency and (crucially!) without guilt.
