Hi Alex, yes the continual checking for live email is actually addictive and keeps us stuck in reactive mode – not good! I must check out Mailbox-have heard good things about it – thanks for the tip!

There’s a little surprise for when you get to inbox zero…worth it 🙂 Also experimenting with gmail offline…good but harder to get used to…trying to control that stupid urge for live email
