					<description><![CDATA[That is so true ... a moment&#039;s discomfort to allow yourself to do something that you REALLY want to.  I apply the same technique for food ... however in reverse ... if I allow myself that extra piece of chocolate or cake, I get a moment&#039;s happiness before I am plagued with guilt and the longer term effect of not looking as good as I know I can.  Therefore, I choose not to have that short moment of happiness (whilst the chocolate slowly melts in my mouth) to avoid the longer term feeling of misery!]]></description>
