I know I am guilty of not listening properly, thinking about the next thing I have to do. Occassionally though I do listen and actually find I enjoy the conversation more, guess that says something. You are right we can’t do it all the time, but I think we need to do it more. As it is better not just for the person who is talking, which lets face it is also going to be ourselves, but for the person listening. Great blog, as always Louise.
