Silla – its SOOOOO common to get nervous and fearful about stading up for ourselves, BUT thast not a reason not to do it. It’s very common which is why I write about it a LOT! Be brave, stand strong and speak yoru truth clearly. You can do it. Lx

I feel nervous about standing up for myself, firstly as my boss has made a few patronizing comments when I have disagreed… and then I also need this job and just don’t feel confident to have a critical discussion!?…
