					<description><![CDATA[This is such a great reminder for me about the benefits of yoga.  I used to practice regularly but lost that when I moved from Scotland to Spain.  I&#039;ve been having a sense that it&#039;s time to get back into yoga and this article has reminded me why.  It&#039;s also highlighted that really I&#039;ve never stopped practicing as I work on relaxing, being present and breathing even to this day.  Thank you!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I was surprised that yoga relaxation would give me more control of my thoughts and the way I interact with people. I work in an office environment, I use to get annoyed when other staff members were playing on the internet all day rather than working, it use to drive me crazy. I now bring my focus back to the task at hand, rather than getting all hot and bothered by silly things that are totally out of my control. I’m just so relaxed at work now, if I miss a deadline I don’t blame myself, I just work on different ways of meeting set goals.
I just love yoga classes, it’s like you’re in your own world, just you, your thoughts and your body. All the focus is on you, no stresses, no conflict, just delicious.]]></description>

The HUGEST thing I have learnt is to &quot;breathe, let go, and allow life to flow in ease&quot;.
