Susanne – I love that metaphor too – it’s such an easy one to hold in your mind – and what all our working lives shoudl resemble. If we all TRLY worked like dogs the wold woudl be a much happier space. Working like a dog = finding yrou career sweetspot!

Thankyou Jane! And yes – coaching myself and being coached – it’s absolutely mandatory. We have a saying in the Coaching world – “You’ve got to LIVE it – to GIVE it”. I’m all about it!

I second what Kelly says, thank you Louise for always writing such great articles. Just from reading your weekly blog for the past 2 years i have noticed a significant change in my happiness – its always here now! and when i do get sad/mad, worried about something, i always think back to things you have said and i look at the bigger picture and know wha ti need to do to feel better again! Loved your metaphor with the working dog at the airport – “work like a dog – head up, tail wagging”, now that’s a picture that transfers a lot of emotion for me and I know exactly what I’m after! Thanks Louise!

That was fun to read Louise:) Not that I really thought any of that or just maybe no. 4 a little bit and only because you really do radiate positivity, calmness/groundedness and a realness that we can all aspire to!
